Job Title: Experienced Painter

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced painter to join our team at Programmed. As a leading provider of commercial painting services, we offer a diverse range of projects across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute high-quality commercial painting projects in various industries, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
  • Work independently and manage tasks without supervision, taking ownership of your work from start to finish.
  • Contribute as a valuable team member, assisting with additional tasks when needed to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Maintain a strong focus on health and safety, adhering to all guidelines and regulations to ensure a safe working environment for you and your colleagues.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members to provide updates, address any concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year's painting experience.
  • Strong understanding and commitment to health and safety protocols.
  • A 'can-do' attitude with a great work ethic.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work well with management, team members, and clients.
  • Ability to pass a criminal conviction (MOJ) and drug screening.
  • Physical stamina and the capability to handle manual tasks.
  • NZ working rights, we do not provide sponsorships.
