Deliver Exceptional Customer Service

We are seeking casual customer service staff to assist with our Bingo and Charity Housie sessions in the South Coast.

About the Role:

Building strong relationships with patrons and club staff through outstanding customer service skills

Setting up equipment, managing sales, and reconciling takings to ensure seamless event delivery

Calculating prize money and accurately recording session details for transparency

(Optional) Utilizing public speaking skills to call Bingo/Charity Housie games – a valuable opportunity to engage with attendees

Requirements:

  • A current driver's licence and access to an insured vehicle for easy travel
  • A friendly, reliable, and well-presented approach to meet client expectations
  • Customer service skills and confidence when interacting with diverse groups
  • Access to a laptop and mobile phone for efficient communication
  • Ability to lift up to 15kg for setup and event needs
