Safety Culture Leader

We are seeking a strategic and experienced leader to help shape a proactive, values-led safety culture across our diverse community.
This role is central to embedding safety and wellbeing into everyday practice. You will oversee the development and continuous improvement of systems, policies, and programs.
Key Responsibilities- Design and deliver health, safety, and wellbeing strategies and systems.
- Evaluate compliance with relevant legislation and internal standards.
- Oversee incident investigations, risk assessments, and audits.
- Promote a culture of safety and wellbeing through campaigns, training, and engagement.
- Manage wellbeing programs addressing mental, emotional, and social health.
- Provide high-level reporting and strategic advice to senior leadership.
You are a collaborative leader with a strong background in workplace health and safety, risk management, and wellbeing. You bring strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating safe environments.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in WHS, wellbeing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Proven experience in leading safety initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
