About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Relief Park Manager to join our dynamic team at Belgravia Health and Leisure Group Pty Ltd. As a Relief Park Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our tourist park, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional visitor experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all business operations and guest experiences
  • Be hands-on and possess a positive can-do attitude
  • Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Lead and supervise small teams
  • Be accountable for the financial outcomes of the business
  • Achievement of agreed KPI's

Requirements:

  • An energetic and enthusiastic, hands-on approach
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Outstanding customer service
  • Familiarity with New Book/RMS computerised booking system and good computer skills
  • Willingness to learn and apply our systems and processes
  • Well-developed communication, organisation, administration, and management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with stakeholders in a professional manner
  • Availability to work across a seven-day roster which may include public holidays, weekends, early mornings, and evenings
  • Ability to be mobile with personal motorhome or camper; site allocation power and water provided

Minimum Requirements:

  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
  • Blue Card 'P' (National Police check clearance/Working with Children check) or willing to obtain
  • Legal working rights in Australia
