- Design and distribute custom monthly Sales & Operations reports for national planning meetings.
- Generate weekly insights including key performance indicators, service levels, usage rates, and inventory snapshots.
- Produce ad hoc reports and dashboards using internal data platforms.
- Support system upgrades through testing, deployment, and stakeholder communication.
- Identify process improvements and challenge legacy practices to drive operational excellence.
- Engage cross-functional teams through presentations, training, and data-driven recommendations.
