Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver EPCM and EPC estimates in alignment with project and client requirements.
  • Support the Estimating Manager and team to achieve high-quality and accurate estimates.
  • Prepare estimate basis documents for inclusion in project documentation.
  • Manage estimating components of studies, including concept, scoping, feasibility, and detailed estimates.
  • Develop and maintain project scope to facilitate scope change and reporting.
  • Adopt and follow company procedures, work practices, plans, and protocols to maintain a consistent approach and high standard of work.
Requirements
  • University degree in Engineering or equivalent industry training.
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in estimating and project management in the mineral processing and related industries.
  • Ability to interpret study-level drawings, equipment lists, and other data to prepare cost estimates.
  • Capability to establish capital cost estimates from first principles based on previous experience and personal knowledge in the mineral processing industry.
  • Demonstrate understanding and awareness of project implementation, constructability, OH&S, environmental, community, and industrial relations issues.
