About Our Caregiver Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced caregiver to join our loving family in Sydney. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of caring for multiple children, with a focus on providing a nurturing and stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to three young girls, including meal preparation, playtime, and homework assistance
  • Plan and participate in fun local outings and activities that promote learning and development
  • Assist with light household tasks related to child care, such as tidying up after meals and playtime
  • Establish a daily routine that balances structure and flexibility, ensuring each child feels safe and supported

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in childcare or a related field
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a diploma or certificate in early childhood education
  • A current first aid certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
  • A current Working With Children's Check
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with our family
