Warehouse Operations Specialist

Are you looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced warehouse environment? Do you have experience with forklift operations and strong communication skills?

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service via phone or online orders.
  • Assist with day-to-day warehouse and store operations, including stock management and loading/unloading tasks.
  • Operate a forklift to manage stock movements and comply with safety requirements.
  • Manage stock documentation and ensure accurate labeling and presentation.
  • Utilize computer systems daily, including SAP.
  • Answer phone enquiries and support online order processing.

About You:

  • Current forklift license with sufficient experience.
  • Strong communication skills and listening skills.
  • A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products as required.
