School Infrastructure NSW (SINSW) is delivering new school buildings, major upgrades and maintenance strategies to ensure every school-aged child has access to high quality education facilities at their local public school. This encompasses the largest investment in public education infrastructure in the history of NSW.

**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled Asset Services Officer to provide asset services to a group of schools within the Asset Management region. The successful candidate will liaise with consultants, contractors and other asset management staff to support the design, development and construction phases of projects. Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivery of capital works projects and all aspects of facilities management
  • Support timely and effective project delivery
  • Scope writing, estimation of project costs and manage budgets

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Construction Project Management or Trade experience
  • Excellent customer service in dealing with key stakeholders
  • Knowledge in scope writing, along with the ability to estimate project costs and manage budgets
  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
