We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team, responsible for meeting hiring goals by filling open positions within their assigned region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have 2+ years of high volume recruitment experience and be able to source and screen candidates, coordinate the interview process, facilitate offers and employment negotiations, and manage all pre-employment onboarding activities.

This role requires the ability to develop relationships with management to identify specific recruiting needs, review and clarify job specifications, competencies, and skills required, and source applicants through various methods including advertising, recruiters, job sites, career fairs, and online platforms.

Responsibilities
  1. Sourcing and screening candidates
  2. Coordinating the interview process
  3. Facilitating offers and employment negotiations
  4. Managing all pre-employment onboarding activities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years high volume recruitment experience
  • Previous experience hiring in HVAC or similar industry preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel & Teams
  • Knowledge of general principles of recruiting
  • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions
  • Knowledge of relevant social media platforms
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; iCIMS preferred
