About the Role

CEVA Logistics is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our customer contract at Truganina VIC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of a team of Storepersons and ensuring that we meet customer expectations while maintaining a compliant and safe environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day activities of your team, ensuring seamless execution of tasks and projects.
  • Coach, support, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Ensure compliance with CEVA policies and procedures, particularly safety protocols.
Requirements

We are looking for an individual with experience in warehouse operations, including coordination of day-to-day activities of a team/colleagues. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong safety awareness and commitment to safe work practices.
  • Excellent customer, stakeholder, and communication skills.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software.
  • Bonus: LO and/or LF licenses (an advantage).
