We're seeking a seasoned data migration leader to spearhead a critical transformation initiative. As the Data Migration Lead, you'll take full ownership of the end-to-end data migration lifecycle—from strategy and planning to execution, validation, and risk management.

Job Description

The Data Migration Lead will be responsible for developing and leading an integrated plan to transition data from SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations. You'll collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business, define and deliver high-quality ETL processes, oversee data cleansing and validation activities, and champion data governance and compliance throughout the migration journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead the data migration strategy and plan.

Required Skills and Qualifications

You'll bring:

  • 5+ years' experience leading complex data migration projects, including SAP S/4HANA.
  • Deep knowledge of ETL tools (e.g., SAP BODS, Informatica, Talend) and data quality frameworks.
  • Experience working across cloud and on-premise systems (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • A track record of delivery in retail or FMCG environments.
  • Strong understanding of data governance and compliance frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
