Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking a passionate and keen OSHC Educator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality practices to ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for children.
  • Interact with and effectively supervise the children while working as a team to deliver a high-quality education and care service.
  • Acknowledge and support the unique strengths, needs, and interests of the whole child.
  • Inspire a supportive culture of safety in line with PCYC Queensland values.

Requirements:

  • No formal qualifications are required for this position.
  • Experience working within the OSHC or long day care sector is desirable.
  • Ability to respond to needs and concerns of children to ensure quality service meets agreed standards.
  • Desire to succeed in an amazingly supportive workplace.
  • Hold a current First Aid and CPR certificate (or able to obtain).
