We are currently seeking a mental health clinician to provide counseling services through our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). Our EAP service provides short-term counseling to clients dealing with various personal issues that may or may not be work-related and also manages clients facing urgent or crisis situations requiring immediate attention via telephone or chat modalities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, empathy, and a strong ability to assess client needs. They will be responsible for providing immediate telephone crisis counseling/interventions, managing consultations, assessing client needs, providing single-session counseling support, and referring clients to external resources or specialists as needed.
