About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Representative to join our team at Sikorsky Australia. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for providing integrated logistics support services for the Aegis Combat System (ACS) to the Destroyer Enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with key stakeholders, including US Navy, Lockheed Martin Corporation, Royal Australian Navy, and CoA personnel, to ensure the sustainment of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) equipment, including prioritizing, tracking, and delivery of Aegis Weapon System (AWS) material items.
- Engage with In-Service Engineering Agents (ISEA) through FMS cases to deliver Logistic Support Analysis Services in support of Engineering Changes on the Hobart Class Combat System.
- Undertake sparing analysis, inventory management, equipment obsolescence management, and logistics product development in accordance with the Life Cycle Sustainment Management Plan (LCSMP).
- Coordinate and control the prioritization, tracking, and delivery of Aegis Combat System assets, resolve logistics problems, and provide associated correspondence and documentation.
- Provide a high level of support to ensure on-time delivery for internal and external customer orders are met.
About You:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Extensive experience with Enterprise Resource Planning and/or Material Requirement Planning and/or Inventory Management Systems.
- Extensive experience liaising with service contractors and service providers.
- Extensive experience in MILIS or SAP.
