Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive healthcare portfolio strategy, encompassing growth strategies for existing and new programs.
  • Monitor and analyse regulatory and market developments to ensure the optimal performance of our portfolio of propositions and the pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Apply rigorous quantitative and qualitative research frameworks to incorporate customer/partner feedback, refining our programs according to customer needs.
  • Lead concept testing and user testing to validate and iterate propositions and prototypes, alongside developing LEAN business cases and submitting for technology prioritisation and funding.
  • Drive the design of new programs using Human Centred Design and LEAN principles, incorporating clinical, technical, and commercial elements.
  • Coordinate internal teams and external partners to lead the discovery, insights, concept development, build, and launch of new propositions for products, customer engagement approaches, and process improvement processes, including pricing recommendations and go-to-market.
  • Lead the optimisation of existing programs utilising quality improvement principles within the context of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain expertise as the product lead on a portfolio of preventative health programs focused on chronic disease.
  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the broader market and new developments in digital health, chronic disease management, private health, and public policy.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of new product design and development processes for the Amplar Health Prevention Squad/Hub.
  • Contribute to the growth and uptake of Amplar Health's prevention programs in the Australian market.

Requirements:

  • You are passionate about enhancing health outcomes across the system by empowering customers with personalised, on-demand services and programs.
  • You thrive in matrix work environments, partnering with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality results on time and to budget.
  • You possess extensive experience in managing, designing, and delivering health programs and products.
  • You excel in fast-paced environments, adeptly handling multiple tasks and projects while meeting tight deadlines. Familiarity with sprint and agile methodologies is advantageous.
  • You have strong capability or experience in either Human Centred Design, evidence-based medicine, or public health.
  • Highly commended for your interpersonal skills, you excel at building rapport and fostering communication with stakeholders at all levels.
