**Job Overview:**

This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for individuals starting or continuing their career in customer service. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for supporting customers with their background checks and employment screening services.

You will join a diverse team and be supported by an experienced team leader who will provide you with structured training for 3-4 weeks. The role offers ample opportunities for career progression and great company benefits, including additional leave, discounts, and training and development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat, assisting with inquiries and guiding customers through the background check and screening process.
  • Respond to client and consumer queries in a timely manner, meeting KPIs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Handle complaints in a highly professional manner, executing the fulfilment/delivery of all products and services in accordance with SLAs.
  • Work closely with other teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues, ensuring compliance with privacy and security guidelines when handling sensitive customer data.

**Requirements:**

Some experience in customer-facing roles (retail, hospitality, call centres) is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided. You should have a demonstrated ability to solve customer problems, work with customer frustrations, and possess attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
