Early Childhood Educator

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team of casual educators for our 3-4-year-old integrated kindergarten services in Geelong. As a casual educator, you will have the flexibility to choose your hours and be part of a dynamic team that delivers high-quality education and care to children.
The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or be currently studying, and have a strong understanding and knowledge of early childhood development. You will also have relevant experience and a reasonable knowledge of the National Law and Regulations.
What's on OfferIn addition to receiving an hourly rate + 25% casual loading, you will have access to salary packaging benefits for living expenses, including groceries, bills, clothing, and streaming services. You will also receive a 10% discount on the childcare subsidy gap fee when using a Uniting Early Learning service or centre, and a 25% discount off donated goods at Uniting Op shops.
About YouWe are looking for self-starters who are confident in working in a new team and work environment. You will be available for shifts between Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
