Clough Group, a pioneering project delivery company, is seeking an experienced Environmental Sustainability Specialist to join our team on the Project Ceres urea plant. This landmark project in Western Australia will be the largest in Australia and one of the largest in the world, featuring the most sustainable production processes.

About the Role

The successful candidate will work as part of the site-based HSE Team to deliver best practice environmental management strategies across the project. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Establishing and implementing project environmental plans and procedures.
  • Conducting environmental monitoring and assessments on-site.
  • Identifying risks and assisting in developing remedies and solutions.
  • Ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Providing guidance and advice to our project delivery team.
  • Collating reports to meet client and legislative requirements.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Engineering, Management, or Science.
  • Previous experience in a similar position with large-scale project/construction/mining environments.
  • A proven ability to contribute to a team working on environmentally sensitive projects.
  • The ability and initiative to work autonomously.
