Job Title: Retail Store Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail store management, with a proven track record of achieving sales, wages and targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Implement and maintain robust visual merchandising standards to drive sales.
  • Lead by example and embody the Forever New values and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and manage business plans to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  2. Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions to develop team members.
  3. Implement and maintain robust operational processes to ensure seamless store operations.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in retail store management or similar role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales, wages and targets.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
