Store Mapper Job Description

We are currently seeking skilled and diligent individuals to undertake the role of Store Mappers. As a Store Mapper, you will be responsible for conducting in-store surveys using an iPhone application to map store surroundings.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-store surveys using an iPhone app to map store environments
  • Thoroughly cover all accessible areas by walking up and down aisles while marking positions on a map in the app
  • Establish continuous communication with a remote call centre via Google Meet for support and instructions
  • Complete necessary inductions to access supermarkets

Requirements:

  • Able to navigate with a sense of direction and spatial awareness
  • Patient and meticulous individual with precision being vital for progress
  • Prepared to remain on feet for extended periods and adapt to any obstacle
  • Comfortable with receiving remote guidance and maintaining ongoing communication with an operator
  • Must possess a current valid driver's license and vehicle
