About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Styling Administration Assistant to provide administrative support to our property styling team based in Braeside. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting clients with quote acceptance and payment, and organizing job files in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist clients with quote acceptance and payment processing
  • Organize and track job files to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure all internal paperwork is accurate and up-to-date
  • Monitor and respond to web enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
  • Answer incoming calls and voice messages promptly and efficiently
  • Greet visitors to the office and provide a positive first impression
  • Prepare and distribute promotional materials as requested by Senior Stylists
  • Organize internal office events such as birthdays, farewells, and service awards
  • Maintain a tidy and clean office environment
  • Perform other duties as reasonably required to support the team's goals
  • Monitor and respond to client feedback and reviews in a constructive and proactive manner

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative support role, preferably in property styling or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office 365, including intermediate to advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
  • A high level of motivation to exceed customer expectations and drive business results
  • A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain accuracy in administrative tasks
  • Prompt response to customer feedback and ability to drive quick resolution
  • A professional and positive attitude when interacting with customers and other external parties
  • Ability to work under time constraints and adapt to changing priorities
  • A commitment to self-improvement and continuous learning
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to recognize the impact of behavior and actions on others

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $70,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
