We are seeking a skilled Welder/Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Workforce Australia for Individuals. As a key member of our workforce, you will be responsible for fabricating and assembling heavy equipment and machinery.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Perform welding and metal fabrication tasks to meet production deadlines
  • Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and cranes, safely and efficiently
  • Use a variety of metal shop tools and equipment to fabricate and assemble equipment
  • Read and interpret blueprints and welding specifications
  • Ensure compliance with industry safety practices and regulations

**Requirements:**

  • Certificate III in Welding Fabrication Qualification
  • Knowledge of specific welding processes, including TIG, MIG, and ARC
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced factory environment
  • Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
