Rehabilitation Consultant Role Overview

We are seeking skilled professionals to join our Rehabilitation team in a flexible hybrid working environment. This role will be based in Western NSW, offering the opportunity to make a lasting difference in the lives of injured clients.

The ideal candidate will possess strong influencing skills and the ability to empower clients in their recovery journey. As a key member of our team, you will work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Active management of client portfolios with commitment and care
  • Establishing partnerships with clients and stakeholders to overcome challenges
  • Conducting vocational and non-vocational assessments to inform rehabilitation plans
  • Contributing to a safe and supportive workplace culture where colleagues feel valued and appreciated
  • Managing time effectively in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications and Registration:
  • Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Registered Nurse, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist qualifications
  • Registration with AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA
  • A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle
