Regional Centre Manager

The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the daily management of multiple childcare services, ensuring that each centre operates effectively and efficiently.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with geographically dispersed teams to implement systems and operational processes, providing guidance and support to centre leaders and staff to promote high-quality programs for children.
The ideal candidate will have experience in managing multiple centres simultaneously and possess strong leadership, people, and time management skills. They will also be able to communicate effectively with staff, children, and families at each centre, ensuring open communication and promoting a positive working environment.
In this role, you will be responsible for mentoring and guiding centre managers and staff to achieve professional goals and high performance. You will also manage reporting requirements efficiently and identify opportunities for ongoing professional development and service growth.
To be successful in this position, you will need to have a Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved by ACECQA, as well as current WWCC, first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis training. Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework is essential, as well as the ability to influence and mentor a large team.
We are looking for someone who can work independently and develop positive stakeholder relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required, as well as a high level of integrity and reliability.
- Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education or equivalent approved by ACECQA.
- Experience managing multiple childcare services simultaneously.
- Current WWCC, first aid, asthma, and anaphylaxis training.
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework.
