Job Title: Warehouse Logistics Manager - Northern Australia

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Warehouse Logistics Manager to join our team in Northern Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of warehouse staff to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of freight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the warehouse team to achieve objectives and provide services in an effective and timely manner;
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation of cargo receipt and dispatch;
  • Assist team members to enable prompt and effective customer care;
  • Delegate and prioritize workloads for staff;
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation and adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience receiving and consolidating freight, and dispatching processes based on defined processes and procedures;
  • Experience supervising a team and leadership skills;
  • Coordinating and implementing plans, policies, and procedures to support organizational objectives;
  • Customer service experience;
  • Basic SAP, Microsoft Office, and Sea Swift business systems proficiency;
  • Forklift license.
