• You will be responsible for planning and organizing the preparation and cooking of traditional dishes, ensuring menus reflect seasonal availability of ingredients.
• Supervising and training kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation is also a key aspect of this role.
• The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of Indian and Pakistani cooking techniques, spices, and flavour profiles.

• Plan and organize meal preparation, taking into account seasonal ingredient availability.
• Develop and implement effective training programs for kitchen staff.
• Manage food quality, hygiene, and safety standards according to industry regulations.
• Control inventory levels, order supplies, and optimize storage to minimize waste.
• Collaborate with the team to create new menu items that meet customer preferences while maintaining authenticity.

• A minimum of 1 year of full-time experience as a skilled Chef (Indian/Pakistani cuisine preferred).
• Strong leadership skills and ability to train junior staff are essential.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Understanding of workplace health and safety, food hygiene, and compliance requirements is mandatory.
