As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the team, as well as clinical supervision to members of the team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and oversight to the multidisciplinary team
  • Provide clinical supervision to members of the team
  • Develop and implement clinical programs and services
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures

Requirements

  • Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Psychologists registered with AHPRA, or Social Workers eligible for membership with the AASW
  • Demonstrated ability to function independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
  • Sound knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and its application to practice
  • Demonstrated experience of working in a community mental health service setting
  • Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and clinical supervision
