About the Role
Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our multidisciplinary team in the Adult Community Mental Health service. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight to the team, as well as clinical supervision to members of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to the multidisciplinary team
- Provide clinical supervision to members of the team
- Develop and implement clinical programs and services
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
- Contribute to the development of policies and procedures
Requirements
- Registered Psychiatric Nurses, Occupational Therapists or Psychologists registered with AHPRA, or Social Workers eligible for membership with the AASW
- Demonstrated ability to function independently and within a multidisciplinary team environment
- Sound knowledge of the Victorian Mental Health and Wellbeing Act 2022 and its application to practice
- Demonstrated experience of working in a community mental health service setting
- Demonstrated experience in providing leadership and clinical supervision
