Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to clients in their homes and communities. This includes assisting with personal care, health issues, and hygiene, as well as performing household tasks such as cooking and cleaning. You will also be required to support clients to access and participate in their local community.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Willingsness to work active nights when required
- Understanding of Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practices or willingness to learn
- Relevant qualifications in Disability Support, highly advantageous
This role offers a range of benefits, including:
- 17.5% annual leave loading for permanent employees
