About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our business as a Senior Project Manager in our Supplyhaus Façades team. You will lead the delivery of a wide range of façade elements, including glazing, balcony balustrades, aluminium work, and screens.
Your leadership will inspire your team, allowing you to mentor, train, and impart your valuable industry knowledge while fostering a culture of professional development and excellence.
In this role, you will provide input during the design phase to ensure façade systems meet standards, client requirements, and quality expectations. You will also develop strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors for optimal commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading project teams to deliver defect-free products that exceed client expectations.
- Managing project budgets, resources, and timelines effectively.
- Ensuring clear communication of time frames to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborating with drafting teams and structural engineers for installation phasing plans.
- Providing expert feedback on design elements and supporting McNab Design Managers.
- Coordinating with subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing and delivering quality outcomes.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction industry delivering façade systems.
- Proven leadership skills in field construction and management of concurrent projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction systems, contractor selection, and project management.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and customer service skills.
- A strong problem-solving ability, facilitation skills, and commercial acumen.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. OR Trade qualification in a commercial construction trade.
