About the Role:

As a Scrub/Scout Nurse, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the operating theatre, supporting surgical procedures, and contributing to exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a sterile environment for surgical procedures.
  • Provide necessary instruments and supplies to the surgical team.
  • Anticipate the needs of surgeons and other healthcare professionals throughout the operation.

Requirements:

  • Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
  • Demonstrated competence in Perioperative scrub/scout nursing.
  • Minimum 2 years previous experience in Perioperative setting.
