Position Overview
Become a vital member of our dedicated team at InfraBuild. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Operations departments to ensure that clients receive an exceptional experience with our services. This position is ideal for individuals seeking to transition into a new career or enhance their existing customer service and sales skills.
Your working hours will be Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
The successful applicant will be entitled to a remote living allowance of $25,000 annually, in addition to their salary.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Processing sales transactions, quotes, and orders
- Generating reports as required
- Identifying and maximizing sales opportunities
- Performing general administrative tasks
We are looking for a collaborative team member with a strong customer service orientation, keen attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive and determined, capable of delivering effective customer solutions and outstanding service.
- Prior experience in customer service or sales administration is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and SAP systems is advantageous
- Experience in estimating and drafting within a related industry is also beneficial
