Job Overview

The Facilities Supervisor will coordinate delivery of services at a correctional centre and prison.

  • Assist in the delivery of services that meet site-specific requirements.
  • Ensure services are scheduled and delivered to high standards, including planned maintenance, reactive maintenance, remedial works, and oversight of contractors.
  • Manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet security, safety, health, environmental, and quality requirements.
  • Carry out regular performance auditing, work quality inspections, and checks.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising others.
  • Problem-solving skills and understanding of commercial risk.
  • High level of organisation and ability to manage multiple tasks.
