About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of high-quality educational programs for young children. As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation and delivery of engaging education, holistic care, and supportive services to children and families.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and delivery of educational play-based programs for children aged between birth and 5 years.
  • Establish warm, nurturing relationships with each child and friendly, supportive relationships with their families.
  • Contribute to and assist in developing innovative and responsive educational programs informed by the principles, practices, and outcomes of the Early Years Learning Framework, and the National Quality Standards.
Requirements
  • ACECQA approved Certificate III/Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care OR working towards these qualifications.
  • Experience working in an Early Childhood Education and Care setting.
  • An understanding of the National Quality Framework, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant law and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
  • High level of energy, enthusiasm, and creativity, with a passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Commitment to Anglicare's mission and values of compassion, integrity, inclusiveness, and dignity.
