We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to provide high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our clients by delivering personalised support services that cater to their unique needs.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing daily living support to clients, including personal care, mobility, and skill development.
- Delivering high-quality support services that promote client independence and well-being.
- Assisting clients in accessing social and recreational activities that foster community integration.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A Certificate III in Community Service or equivalent qualification.
- At least 6 months of experience working in a similar capacity.
- A high level of physical fitness for manual handling tasks.
