About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our operations, including recruitment processes, onboarding and induction of new staff members, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft job descriptions and advertisements, coordinate interviews, and assist with recruitment processes.
  • Contribute to the development of training and development opportunities for staff.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contribute to reporting requirements, and support workplace health and safety initiatives as needed.
The Ideal Candidate

We seek a candidate with a background in administration, preferably in the not-for-profit sector. A strong interest in HR or working towards a diploma in HR is desirable. Essential skills include experience in recruitment or HR administration, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proficiency in using HR information systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
