Job Opportunity

We are currently seeking committed Carers to join our Care team at our Moran Sylvania home. As a Carer, you will be responsible for providing quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing high-quality essential care, personal assistance, and emotional support to our residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Maintaining effective communication in the workplace, being respectful, open to change, and kind in your approach.
  • Completing accurate and timely documentation and reporting information to relevant Nursing, Allied Health, and Management as required.
Requirements
  • Certificate III in Individual Support
  • Minimum 6 months experience
  • Commitment to providing a high standard of care and service
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team and be supportive of your colleagues
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid working visa
  • Current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Current Influenza and COVID-19 vaccination including booster
  • Highly organized with strong planning skills
