We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Litigation Partner and lawyers in the litigation team. This is a pivotal role that offers a unique blend of challenge, variety, and satisfaction.

  • Attending to new client enquiries and booking appointments;
  • Liaising with existing clients, solicitors/barristers and third parties;
  • Dictaphone typing letters & court documents;
  • Preparing/collating briefs to barristers;
  • Managing the firm's precedents;
  • Diary management;
  • General administration/filing;
