Daily Operations Supervisor Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Daily Operations Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily functioning of the Therapeutic Community and its residents. You will work closely with the Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities and programs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of community resources and social services. A diploma in a related human/social services field and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience are required. You will also possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervising staff and residents during daily activities and programs.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting.
  • Coordinating logistics and supplies.
  • Collaborating with the Manager and other team members to achieve goals and objectives.

Compensation and Benefits:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $33.54 to $35.29 per hour. You will also receive additional pay for working overtime and weekends. Our benefits package includes comprehensive health and dental coverage after completing the probationary period.
