Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will support the accounting team by performing various administrative tasks, including client relationship management, workflow management, liaising with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), invoicing, reception relief, and database management.
- Support the accounting team in their daily activities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Manage workflows and deadlines to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Liaise with the ATO on behalf of the firm
- Prepare and send invoices to clients
- Provide reception relief during peak periods
- Maintain accurate records and databases
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- At least 2 years of experience in Australian Public Practice
- Strong knowledge of public practice administration, including APS and MYOB
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a team
