At McElligotts, we're seeking experienced Scaffolders to work on various projects throughout New South Wales and Victoria. Established in 1954, the company is one of Australia's largest privately owned Protective Coatings companies with a strong focus on Safety, Quality, and Production.

The role requires erecting lifting tackles and installing cables, attaching slinging gear to hoisting equipment, fitting and bolting tubes and components to form scaffolding, lifting and positioning sections of scaffolding, measuring, cutting, and fitting welded wire mesh into concrete areas, fixing mesh and reinforcing steel into position, setting up winches and rigging equipment, and erecting guard rails and laying planks.

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years working experience
  • High Risk Basic Scaffold Licence (SB)
  • Working at Heights qualification
  • Confined Space qualification
  • Construction Card

This role requires a self-motivated individual who is organised, punctual, and reliable, with strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
