Tesla is now hiring Apprentice Vehicle Technicians to join a dynamic team of electric vehicle servicing professionals. As an apprentice, you'll embark on a comprehensive training program that combines theoretical knowledge with hands-on experience in high-tech workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Service Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Perform basic vehicle inspections and maintenance under supervision
  • Learn to utilise diagnostics tools and automotive software systems
  • Undertake a nationally recognised Certificate III in Automotive Electric Vehicle Technology
  • Complete Tesla-specific training through our global learning platform

What We're Looking For:

  • A Year 12 education completion
  • Australian work rights
  • Eligibility to enrol with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
  • A valid driver's licence
  • A passion for automotive technology, mechanics, and electric vehicles
  • Strong communication, time management and attention to detail skills
  • The ability to follow instructions, work efficiently and adapt to changing priorities
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • An interest in EV systems, battery technology and sustainable innovation
