Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced hospitality professional to join our front-of-house team as a Front Of House Team Member. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

About the Role

This role is responsible for ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service, from greeting them upon arrival to bidding them farewell. The successful candidate will be able to multitask, work effectively as part of a team, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

The Front of House Team Member will be expected to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, and will be required to contribute to the overall success of the business by maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A current RSA certificate
  • Mid-range wine knowledge
  • Some cocktail knowledge
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the restaurant and cafe industry
  • High standards of presentation

  • An ordered and methodical approach to work
