Senior Civil Engineer Opportunity

The role of Senior Civil Engineer is an exciting opportunity to lead a team in delivering civil design projects. With Stantec, you will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, including roads infrastructure, subdivisions, and remote community facilities.

As a Senior Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for project design and delivery across various sectors. This includes concept design, master planning, detailed design, construction documentation, and supervision. You will also need to manage stakeholders, liaise with authorities, and ensure quality audits are conducted.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Civil design and project management across multiple projects
  • Construction phase support, design review, stakeholder management, and liaison with authorities
  • Liaising with engineers, designers, and drafters
  • Adhering to professional standards, ethics, and quality procedures
  • Managing clients and other consultants
  • Assisting with project management and business development

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by Engineers Australia
  • Demonstrated experience in civil engineering design and documentation
  • Knowledge of applicable Australian standards, codes, and Territory requirements
  • Obtain CP Eng and NT Registration as soon as eligible
  • Eligible to obtain Defence baseline security clearance
