Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and design of the Digital and Technology Strategic Blueprint, focusing on planning and enterprise architecture.
  • Develop architectural standards and processes to manage digital demand effectively across TasWater.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align digital solutions with business needs and strategic objectives.
  • Oversee the governance frameworks for digital technology, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Senior-level leadership experience in digital transformation and architecture design within complex organisations.
  • Strong technology management skills, particularly in digital architecture, planning and governance.
  • Advanced verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

What We Offer

This role offers a competitive salary of Circa $180,000 (inclusive of superannuation), negotiable dependent on experience. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the development of TasWater's digital strategy.
