We are seeking a diligent and courteous individual to assist with casual cleaning duties at our Centre.

The ideal candidate will have previous customer service experience in a busy environment, be able to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding role, and possess good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.

Job Description

Avoidable Disruptions Minimized

As a Facility Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our guests. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Cleanliness Standards Maintained: Ensure public areas such as exhibition halls, meeting rooms, corridors, foyers, balconies, bathrooms, and back of house areas are cleaned and maintained to a high standard.
  • Guest Requests Expedited: Ensure all guest requests for amenities and services are promptly fulfilled.
  • Maintenance Issues Reported: Report any maintenance issues and attend to special cleaning assignments as required.
  • Guest Enquiries Handled: Assist with guest enquiries in a friendly and professional manner.

These are casual positions, with no set shifts or weekly hours. We are looking for individuals who can work a variety of shifts throughout the week, including days, nights, and weekends.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Previous Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of providing excellent customer service in a busy environment.
  • Pace and Physical Demands: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding role.
  • Communication Skills: Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
