Job Overview
Australian Local Government Association is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community Services Support Worker to join our team. Key Responsibilities
- Provide supportive services to individuals with varying levels of need, ensuring their safety and well-being
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective support plans tailored to each individual's requirements
- Maintain accurate records of daily support activities, progress notes, and incident reports as required

Requirements
- Cert III or IV in Individual Support or equivalent (desired)
- Completion of NDIS Workers Orientation Module (essential)
- Current First Aid certificate (essential)
- Demonstrated ability to work in a culturally diverse environment with sensitivity and respect for individual values and preferences
