As a Finance Graduate, you will collaborate with experienced professionals and work across various corporate offices, mines, and refineries. You will have the opportunity to rotate through different sites and gain hands-on experience while maintaining a perfect work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Corporate Finance – including financial accounting, statutory requirements, and financial planning & analysis
  • Financial Shared Services – critical month-end costing processes for raw materials & inventory, asset inventory, and other key controllership requirements
  • Internal Audit – key controllership and involvement in internal audits of operations
  • Location accounting – including business partnering and management accounting
  • Tax & Treasury support

Throughout the program, you will be provided with coaching, mentoring, hands-on training, diverse experiences, increasing levels of responsibility, and opportunities to use innovative thinking, motivation to learn, and passion for growth to shape the future of our business.
