Advanced Signal Processing Expert

Our organization is seeking a skilled Signal Processing Engineer to join our team.
This role involves working with a highly successful Australian deep tech company that specializes in signal processing, algorithm development, and AI / machine learning.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in algorithm prototyping, evaluation, and implementation; processing of acoustic sensors and arrays; design of sophisticated signal processing technology; data wrangling; and training/implementation of AI/ML models.
- Sound experience with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Strong algorithm design background (including tracking algorithms)
- Strong signal processing/DSP background (sensors/hydrophones, audio or image processing)
- Algorithm implementation in C++
- An ability to design elegant solutions to complex engineering problems
Commercial experience in product development or high-tech environments is preferred. Experience in areas like radar, radio telescopy, sonar, image processing, acoustics, or biomedical signal processing would be beneficial.
