Assistant Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Director - Learning Diversity at Whitefriars College Inc.

• Lead the development and implementation of strategies to promote diversity and inclusion in learning environments.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to create inclusive and engaging learning experiences for students.
• Provide professional development and support to staff on diversity and inclusion best practices.
• Contribute to the development of policies and procedures that promote diversity and inclusion.

• Passion for learning and teaching with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
• Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
• Knowledge of contemporary pedagogy and learning technologies.
